What is Kriya?

Kriya means evolutionary action. Kriya practices combine repetitive movements with mudras, mantras, and breathwork to create a moving meditation that facilitates an energetic shift in our mental, physical, emotional and energetic systems. 

The practices increase strength, build vitality, expand mental clarity, stabilize the nervous system, and help in raising our consciousness and vibration to live a life full of joy and possibility.
